Slotgel provides an AI-powered customer relationship management and engagement platform designed for the gaming industry. Our Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Player segmentation and analytics tools
• Automated lifecycle campaign management
• Churn prediction and retention analytics
• Dashboard and reporting capabilities
• API access and platform integrations

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You retain ownership of any data you submit to or through the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant Slotgel a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

7. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription. If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Fees are as specified in your subscription agreement or order form
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCLINE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will meet your specific requirements, that results obtained from the Services will be accurate or reliable, or that any errors in the Services will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCLINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ARCLINE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Slotgel and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and associated data after a reasonable retention period
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Slotgel regarding the Services.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
